Challenge
blynk organic, a hip new eco-friendly eatery and healthy alternative to fast food, sought our publicity help with the first of several planned nationwide openings. The international founders, hailing from Madrid, Germany and Mexico, decided upon Charlotte as the ideal location to put blynk organic on the map and needed our help introducing its Euro-chic, healthy and sustainable appeal to Charlotte's savvy uptown business and banking community.

Solution
We quickly familiarized ourselves with the fresh appeal blynk organic offered Charlotte's gastronomic and green-conscious landscape: premium organic food available to eat in, carry out or order online for large groups; comprehensive green principles keeping sustainability and waste reduction at the forefront; and an urban, modern lounge space you'd typically find in Europe. With various audiences and interests at hand, we helped drive attendance and create awareness of the grand opening celebration among key media and local public figures. We coordinated all media relations with Charlotte writers, television anchors and radio personalities to result in strategic local media mentions.

Upon its introduction to the downtown business community, blynk has been featured in several local, urban publications including Creative Loafing, Skirt Magazine, Charlotte Observer and Charlotte Magazine. blynk continues to gain exposure as the public relations team promotes the eco-chic eatery.
